Psalm One
How blessed is the one who does not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand in the pathway with sinners, or sit in the assembly of scoffers. Instead he finds pleasure in obeying the Lord’s commands; he meditates on his commands day and night. He is like a tree planted by flowing streams; it yields its fruit at the proper time, and its leaves never fall off. He succeeds in everything he attempts.
Not so with the wicked! Instead they are like wind-driven chaff. For this reason the wicked cannot withstand judgment, nor can sinners join the assembly of the godly.
Certainly the Lord guards the way of the godly, but the way of the wicked ends in destruction.

Ah, that explains the email silence LOL. We’ve been going good; we’ve bought a house, and will be moving into it in September.

How’s things going with you?

We’re doing pretty well. We were hoping to purchase a different home this year, but the housing market in Arizona has gone off the charts. We used to be one of the least expensive places to live, but now I think we’re at the top of the list for most expensive. Hopefully that will change in the near future. Seems like house sales are down all over the country right now, so I’m hoping that will force the prices down. Other than that, just working and living.
